Job Development

The WOW Center is excited to launch a new partnership with Hispanic Family Center to provide job development resources to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault (supported through funding from the NJ Department of Children and Families Division on Women).

This program helps participants explore their skills and passions and take the necessary next steps to pursue a fulfilling career. From resume writing to mock interviews to assistance with professional attire, getting a professional headshot, or identifying workforce development courses, our job development program is a holistic approach to helping women become career ready.
